5 Easy ways to burn Belly Fat, before, during, and after the Holiday Season.







 1.     Learn the difference between fast and slow carbs in your diet, and reduce the amount of fast carbs that you consume.

 
2.    Find a Glycemic Index calculator online; to help you plan a diet based on you increasing your intake of slow carbs.

 
3.    Find out what your Maximum Heart Rate is, and workout for 15-20 minutes 5-times a week in the range of 70-75% of (Max-HR)

 
4.    Use the [free] online diet and exercise journal called MyfitnessPal.com to help you map your fitness success.

 
5.    Get a good night’s rest; at least 7.5 to 8 hours a night as often as possible. Industry experts agree that [proper rest] is often the most over looked part of any fitness plan.

Political Fitness, it's a sport..Register to Vote — Today!

                                                         
Hey everyone, anyone who knows me, knows that I follow politics like it’s a sport.  If any of you are like me, I hate to admit this but, after the historic results of the 2oo8 Presidential Election. I was surprised to find out that some people---that I know---didn’t even experience the voting process back in '08. That’s right, they didn’t [VOTE]! Even more, they weren’t even registered to vote.
 
Yesterday was National Voters Registration Day, did you know that in 2008 some 6 million people didn’t vote because they missed the voters registration deadline, according to the US-Census data?
 
 
 So, I’m asking [all] my friends and family to get their political fitness game going right now; before the clock runs out. Hey, no matter what your party affiliation let's make this stat sheet for the game of our lives, count for our future.
